Who we are

Wonderlab Studios is a boutique creative and marketing studio operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship based in Miami, Florida, United States. We provide marketing consulting, content production, social media management, UGC & influencer marketing, Meta advertising, and U.S. & Japan market entry support for brands in the United States, Japan, and internationally.

Information you send us

Inquiry forms (English and Japanese contact pages) — your name, email address, company or brand name (optional), the service you are interested in, and the details you write about your project. Submissions are emailed to us, and our forms are also configured to save a copy in our website’s database.
Creator registration forms (English and Japanese) — the details you provide when registering as a creator, such as your name, contact information, social media accounts, and portfolio links. Registrations are stored in our website’s database and emailed to us. Our Creators pages also offer a Google Forms alternative; if you use it, your responses are stored in our Google account instead.
Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message in our hello@ mailbox.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics 4 — when you visit this website, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed, time spent, clicks and scrolling, your device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level), and how you arrived at the site. This collection is subject to applicable consent settings — see “Cookies and consent” below. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors. Our conversion tracking records only that a form was successfully submitted, together with the form’s language and page. It does not receive your name, email address, the contents of your form submission, or any other personal identifiers from our forms.

We do not offer user accounts on this website, we do not sell products or take payments through this website, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

To respond to your inquiry and discuss our services with you.
To review creator registrations and contact creators when a suitable campaign is available.
To provide and manage services for our clients.
To understand how visitors use this website (in aggregate) and improve it.
To operate, maintain, and keep this website secure.

Third-party service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business:

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics, as described above.
Google — our business email (Gmail), form notification delivery, and, if you use it, the Google Forms creator registration alternative.
Namecheap — website hosting and the hello@ email mailbox (Private Email). Form notification emails are sent by our hosting server from hello@wonderlab-studios.com.
WordPress software and plugins — our forms and site features process the information you submit as part of delivering it to us and storing it as described above.

We share information only as needed to respond to you, to provide our services, or when required by law. Embedded content from other websites (for example, social media posts), if present on a page, behaves as if you visited that website directly, and that website may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We do not keep personal information indefinitely. How long we keep it depends on why it was collected:

Inquiries — kept while we are responding to you and, if the inquiry leads to working together, for the duration of that business relationship.
Creator registrations — kept while you remain part of our creator roster, so we can contact you when a suitable campaign is available.
Email correspondence — kept as part of our business email records for as long as the related relationship or matter requires.
Analytics data — retained in Google Analytics in accordance with our account settings.
Email sending logs — our website’s email delivery logs are automatically deleted after 14 days. This 14-day period applies only to those delivery logs — it does not delete the emails in our mailbox or any form submissions.

We periodically review the submissions and registrations we hold and delete information that is no longer needed for the purposes above. You may also ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data processing

Wonderlab Studios is based in the United States. Information collected through this website is processed in the United States and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers (such as Google and Namecheap) operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country, including Japan.
